What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy (OT) is a person-centered health profession all about supporting people to participate in the activities that matter most to them. For children, this might mean learning to play, go to school, make friends, or manage everyday tasks like dressing and eating. For adults, it might mean returning to work, managing daily routines, or building independence at home.
